This Privacy Policy describes how Fire Brothers INC / Fire Brothers ("Fire Brothers," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our website at https://www.firebrothersok.com and our mobile application Fire Brothers Expo (App Store app, bundle ID com.firebrothersok.app) (together, the "Services"). Fire Brothers operates in the Tulsa, OK area.

Fire Brothers is the business behind firebrothersok.com and the Fire Brothers Expo mobile app. We provide information about our brand and partner dispensary locations. Shopping and checkout for cannabis products happen on our website only.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account / Sign-In Information: If you use Apple Sign In in the mobile app, we receive identity information Apple provides for account creation and sign-in (such as a name and email address Apple shares with us, subject to your Apple settings).

  • Push Notification Tokens: If you allow notifications, the app may collect a device push notification token via Expo so we can send App Updates notifications.

  • Location / Map Information: The app includes a dispensary locator (partner store map). We may use your device location (if you grant permission) to help show nearby partner locations, and/or display a map of partner store locations. Location is used for the locator/map experience, not for in-app cannabis checkout.

  • Website Information: When you use firebrothersok.com, we and our service providers (such as Wix) may collect information you submit (for example contact or account details) and technical data such as device/browser type, IP address, and usage data needed to operate the site.

  • Communications: If you email us, we collect the information you include in your message.

3. Important: No In-App Cannabis Checkout or Payments

Shopping and checkout for cannabis products are available on the website only. The Fire Brothers Expo mobile app does not process in-app cannabis product checkout or payments.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the website and mobile app

  • Create and manage accounts / sign-in (including Apple Sign In)

  • Send App Updates push notifications when you opt in

  • Power the dispensary locator / partner store map experience

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, only as needed to provide those services. This can include providers such as:

  • Apple (for Sign In with Apple and App Store-related services)

  • Wix (for website hosting and related website features)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (for example a merger or sale of assets).
